Emergency operation of Machine-Roomless elevators
Precautions:
Emergency rescue team members should hold the "special equipment operator's certificate" issued by the competent department of special equipment; rescue personnel of more than 2 persons.
Emergency rescue equipment and tools: elevator floor door key, common hardware tools, traction wire rope cleat, manual hoist, wire rope sleeve and wire rope card, carrying hand, hammer, pry bar, etc. In the rescue at the same time to ensure their own safety.
First. General rules
Cut off the main power supply of the elevator, confirm that the elevator car door is in a closed state; check to confirm that the elevator mechanical drive system (wire rope, drive wheel) is normal; prepare to release the mechanical or electrical device holding the gate; confirm the location of the elevator car, counterweight, choose the elevator ready to stop the layer station; elevator fault state and manual operation of the elevator operation method. When the elevator car upward safety clamp wedge moves or the counterweight safety clamp wedge moves, the rescue method refers to Two; when the elevator car downward safety clamp wedge action, rescue method refer to three; safety clamp wedge no gate car, rescue method refer to four.
Second, when the elevator car upward safety clamp wedge action or counterweight safety clamp wedge action
Two maintenance personnel can choose to enter the bottom pit of the elevator shaft or the top of the elevator car according to the position of the elevator car; clip the steel wire rope splint on the counterweight side steel wire rope, hang the manual hoist on the counterweight side rail with the steel wire rope sleeve and steel wire rope card, hang the manual hoist hook firmly with the steel wire rope splint; the maintenance personnel pull the manual hoist zipper to make the counterweight move up; the maintenance personnel open the holding brake, the car moves downward, the safety clamp releases At this time, continue to pull the manual hoist zipper, the car moves to the nearest floor, stop pulling the manual hoist zipper after confirming the level floor, close the holding brake device and notify the maintenance personnel outside the floor door to open the elevator floor door/cabin door; after confirming the level floor, the maintenance personnel outside the elevator floor door opens the elevator floor door/cabin door with the elevator floor door key at the floor where the car stops; if the floor door key cannot open the floor door, the maintenance personnel can go to the upper floor to open the floor door, go up to the top of the car to open the floor door/cabin door manually under the condition of confirming safety.
Third, when the elevator car downward safety clamp moves
Two maintenance personnel can enter the elevator car roof according to the position of the elevator car; clip the steel wire rope splint on the car side steel wire rope, hang the manual hoist on the car side rail with the steel wire rope sleeve and steel wire rope card, hang the manual hoist hook firmly with the steel wire rope splint; the maintenance personnel pull the manual hoist zipper, the maintenance personnel open the holding brake, the car moves upward, the safety clamp is released and reset, at this time, continue to pull the manual hoist At this time, continue to pull the manual hoist zipper, the car moves to the nearest floor, stop pulling the manual hoist zipper after confirming the flat floor, close the holding brake device and inform the maintenance personnel outside the floor door to open the elevator floor door/cabin door; after confirming the flat floor, the maintenance personnel outside the elevator floor door opens the elevator floor door/cabin door with the elevator floor door key at the floor where the car stops; if the floor door key cannot open the floor door, the maintenance personnel can go to the upper floor station to open the floor door and confirm the safety of the elevator floor door/cabin door. If the layer door key cannot open the layer door, the maintenance personnel can go to the upper level station to open the layer door, go up to the top of the car to open the layer door/car door manually under the condition of confirming safety.
Fourth. No action of safety clamp wedge
Maintenance personnel adopt "point action" to loosen the locking device repeatedly and make use of the imbalance between car weight and counterweight to make the elevator car slide slowly until the elevator car stops at the flat floor position and close the locking device; maintenance personnel outside the elevator floor door can use the elevator floor door key to open the elevator floor door/car door at the floor where the car stops after confirming the flat floor. If the layer door key cannot open the layer door, the maintenance personnel can open the layer door at the upper layer station and go up to the top of the car to open the layer door/cabin door manually under the condition of confirming the safety.

Fifth. Fill in the "Emergency Rescue Record" and report to the higher leading department and file.
Emergency rescue measures for trapped people in MRL elevators in the following cases:
1. Emergency rescue by manual method for machine-room-less elevator
When the elevator breaks down or the passengers are trapped in the cabin due to power supply system blackout, rescue must be carried out by two or more professionals. Firstly, disconnect the total power supply of the elevator and slowly open the brake through the manual mechanical release board hand. The operator who manually releases the brake needs to directly observe the speed limiter rope marked with the car leveling position through the observation hole, or confirm moving the car to the leveling area through the indicator, car position monitor and buzzer, and then open the layer car door to release people through the emergency unlocking device on the layer door to realize emergency rescue by manual method.
However, when the car and counterweight weight are equal, the safety clamp moves or the car rushes to the top and squats to the bottom, the rescue cannot be carried out only by opening the brake. At present, the rescue of these four special cases generally takes the following way.
1.1 the car and counterweight on both sides of the weight exactly balanced rescue
Under the weight balance of car and counterweight on both sides, emergency rescuers can add rescue counterweight on the top or inside of the car to produce weight difference, so that the car can move to the nearest level and rescue the trapped passengers.     
1.2 Rescue when safety clamp moves
When the power supply fails and the safety clamp moves, the emergency rescuers use the lifting device to reset the safety clamp, move the car to the near flat layer and open the door to rescue the trapped passengers.    
1.3 Rescue when the car rushes to the top
At this time, the weight of the car is basically less than the weight of counterweight, enter the pit and hang the hook code on the compensation chain on the side of the car, after releasing the gate, the car can be released by moving down to the level position.     
1.4 Rescue when the car is squatting at the bottom
At this time, the weight of the car is often greater than the weight of counterweight, the rescuer goes up to the top of the car, hangs the hook code on the compensation chain of counterweight side, the person leaves the top of the car, after releasing the gate, the car moves up to the level position and opens the door to rescue the passenger.
2. The rescue of emergency electric operation of elevator without machine room
For machine-room-less elevator with backup power or emergency power in its control box, when the elevator fails or suffers from power supply system blackout, the emergency leveling device of emergency electric operation can be used to open the brake and automatically slide the ladder to the leveling position to open the door and release the people, so as to realize automatic emergency rescue by electrical methods.
The emergency rescue of trapped people in elevator without machine room has certain special features and complexity due to its structure, and well-considered emergency rescue operation of elevator can ensure the safety of trapped passengers to the maximum extent and rescue trapped passengers most quickly.
